In Piane Mocogno, in the heart of the Modenese Apennines, the small Piane Avventura Park is nestled among beech groves, wide plains and splendid pinewoods.

During the summer months, this leisure and entertainment area opens its doors to visitors, offering treetop adventure courses, Tibetan bridges and many other attractions that have been specifically designed to respect the environment and nature.

There are two canopy tour routes, which have been designed for families, groups or individuals. The GREEN route, which has a medium-low level of difficulty, is suspended 2 metres from the ground and consists of six activities plus a final zip line; the BLUE route, however, is much more complicated, where visitors make their way through thirteen platforms and a final zip line, all from height of 6 metres above the ground.

The park also includes a sports climbing wall, a baby park, a tubing track suitable for children aged 6 and over and an area designed for slacklining, where you can practice your balance by walking along a suspended length of nylon or polyester rope slackly tied between two points.

Open during the summer months (usually from June to October), entry to the park is free, but visitors will be charged an admission fee to the individual attractions.

Throughout the year, in the area of Piane you can observe “strange” animals close up, such as yaks, Suffolk sheep or alpacas, but you can also just take a break and relax in the picnic area or head to one of the many restaurants nearby and taste the best products and dishes from the local culinary tradition.
