Saturday 3 June 2023 Ingorda - The assisted pedaling by good food: a non-competitive bike ride to discover the territory and its food and wine excellences.
From Piazza Garibaldi in Parma, along the permanent Food Valley Bike route, this event is dotted with rich and numerous refreshment points, set up in characteristic places, as part of two options: Ingorda (85 km) from Parma to Busseto, 9 gastronomic stops, option to return by coach with bike transport (limited places). Mezza Ingorda 45 km from Parma to Colorno, 5 gastronomic stops.

Recommended bikes: gravel, MTB, trekking, e-bikes, no racing bikes. Mandatory helmet.
Race pack collection on Saturday 3 June from 6.30 to 8.30. Departure in groups spread out from 7.30 to 9.30.
