"Un'Opera al Mese" is back: the event, organized by the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Forlì in collaboration with the "Amici dei Musei" Association, is dedicated to introducing the masterpieces of the municipal collections to the general public, combining scientific rigor and educational spirit.
Sunday 22nd May at 8.45 pm at the Diego Fabbri Theater (Corso Diaz 47), Professor Claudio Spadoni, art historian, former director of the Ravenna Art Museum (MAR), presents the painting "Forgia di Vulcano" (1949) by Giorgio De Chirico, from the Verzocchi Collection of the Civic Museum of Palazzo Romagnoli.
An opportunity to reflect on the theme of work, that unites all the paintings in the Verzocchi Collection, through the masterpiece of one of the most famous artists of the twentieth century.
