November Porc embraces a part of the Province of Parma (La Bassa Parmense) rich in treasures: landscapes, historic buildings, famous people, and artisanal farms of excellent quality.
November Porc returns every year in November, the tastiest relay race that involves, as always, the municipalities of the Bassa Parmense (literally Lower Parma area), where pork is the king of the tables.
Cotechino, Parma ham, Culatello di Zibello, salami, cracklings, strolghino, and coppa will be the protagonists of many gluttonous events in the pavilions, at the stands of the fair and in the local restaurants offering menus “At the table with November Porc”.
Every weekend November Porc is hosted by a different municipality of the Bassa Parmense with the motto of "let's hope there is fog!"
