The festival dedicated to San Michele, Patron Saint of Bagnacavallo, is held from 26th to 29th September, offering a unique opportunity to soak in the atmosphere of the pretty town a few kilometers from Ravenna.
During these days, the town comes alive with performances in the squares, concerts, and arts and crafts exhibitions in the museums and the most attractive places in the historic center. The streets are crisscrossed with guided tours and fun activities for all.
Characteristically decorated taverns offer typical local dishes and the area's renowned wines. Bakeries and pastry shops prepare delicious traditional sweets, including the mouth-watering St. Michael's cake.
