From 11 to 14 October in Bologna at Palazzo Re Enzo, the festival dedicated to the world of food C'è +Gusto a Bologna will be staged.
Many starred chefs and masters of Italian cuisine will be present.
Visitors will have numerous opportunities for tastings and talks on culinary trends and combinations to experiment with, with a special focus on PDO products.
