On Sunday, May 28th, the historic Archery Tournament "The Siege of the Fortress" returns to the splendid setting of Terra del Sole Fortress.
The event re-enacts the recreational sports activities during the period of relative peace of the medieval era, involving historical groups from all over Italy who will compete in the tournament, shooting their arrows inside the fortress city. There will be stalls of handicrafts in the gardens outside Palazzo Pretorio.
The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a rally in the Piazza d'Armi.
