Rockin'1000 is celebrating ten years since their debut with Rockin'1000 - 10 Year Celebration: ten years of music, passion and pure energy. For this occasion, they have organized an event consisting of two different shows, culminating in a live performance with thousands of musicians performing in unison, creating a unique atmosphere.
Rockin'1000 will not be "alone" on stage; in fact, the band will be accompanied by several special guests who will take turns on the two days. The date is July 26 and 27 at the "Dino Manuzzi" Stadium in Cesena, in the city where it all began. Thousands of musicians will perform in two concerts, celebrating the community that revolutionized the idea of musical performance.
Among the guests: Piero Pelù and Negrita on July 26; Negramaro, Fast Animals and Slow Kids, Francesca Michielin.
Conducting the orchestra are Daniel Plentz on July 26 and 27 and Peppe Vessicchio on July 27.
Starting Tuesday, July 22, with Rockin'1000 Takeover several side events are scheduled involving the city of Cesena, with debates, musical movies, shows, parties, workshops, and collaborations with shops, restaurants and pubs.
