The Sagra del Tartufo Bianco Pregiato del Bidente (Prized Bidente White Truffle Festival), dedicated to the king of many gastronomic proposals and renowned in all restaurants, returns to Cusercoli, a hamlet of Civitella di Romagna.
On Sunday 10 and Sunday 17 November, along the characteristic streets in the old town centre, you can find the stalls selling truffle hunters' "diamonds of the earth", as well as food stands with typical agrifood products and local handicrafts.
The spotlight will also be on meetings, musical performances and workshops, which will bring us to the most highly acclaimed event: the awarding of the truffle hunter who found the largest and most fragrant truffle.
