Every year, on the third and fourth weekends of September, Castelvetro di Modena hosts the Grape Festival and the Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro Festival.
From September 19 to 27, the program features tastings, music, art, entertainment, and also in-depth discussions, for an event that involves the entire area, from its cultural landmarks to local shops, from farmers to volunteer associations.
The true heart of the festival is the Lambrusco Grasparossa Tasting Route, along which local wineries offer their products with love and passion.
For the occasion, tourists and visitors can experience the village in a setting enriched by performances, exhibitions, street bands, and entertainment for both adults and children.
