Just a few months away from the great success of UCI World Championship 2020, the tricolor circus is back in Emilia Romagna to find the new Italian Champion.
The 2021 edition will begin on Friday, June 18th, with three crono races (Crono Men Elite, Crono Women Elite; Crono Women Junior), with the starting point and finish line in Faenza.
On Sunday, June 20th, the road race Elite Men will see its start in Bellaria Igea Marina, crossing then the whole of Romagna towards Faenza, where participants will face the climbs of Monticino and Gallistera, to enter the closing circuit, to be repeated five times, following the same path as the UCI World Championship, won by Frenchman Alaphilippe in September. The finish line is by Sforza Fortress, in the Imola town centre.
