Did You Have a Nice Day? is a solo exhibition by Marco Scozzaro (Turin, 1979), artist and photographer educated in Modena, now living in New York.

The exhibition, curated by Luca Panaro and produced by FMAV, is a journey across the board and a dialogue between Scozzaro’s photos and the works of other authors, or with iconic images of Modenese culture, some of which are housed in the FMAV archives: from Fiorucci stickers to a youthful work by Olivo Barbieri, from the photographs of Luigi Ghirri to a rug by Cesare Leonardi, in a creative process that acts as a bridge between different generations of artists.

The show is not short on documents and memorabilia, in a great homage by Scozzaro to those who influenced his formative years: from the poster for the Superarchitettura exhibition at the Galleria Civica di Modena to Aldo Rossi’s project for San Cataldo cemetery.
