In the historic centre of Castelvetro di Modena, in the heart of Emilia Romagna, Festa a Castello takes place on the 9th of September 2023. In odd years, Festa a Castello recreates the sixteenth-century atmosphere of a rich feast in which people can participate only by wearing Renaissance-style clothing. Shows, fireworks and historical dances enliven the evening.
Due to the singularity of the event and the multiple requests, a reservation is required to take part in the dinner in Piazza Roma (more information coming soon). Renaissance-style attire is required.
For those who will not participate in the feast, it is possible to experience the event through the many decorative installations and performances in the historic centre.
