IAT Offices

Established to promote and spread awareness of the region, Emilia-Romagna’s tourist information centres [Informazione e Accoglienza Turistica, IAT] are key points of reference for tourists, hikers and even locals who want to learn more about their region.

The IAT tourist information centres can provide you with information about the area and the tourist itineraries marked out, events, museums and attractions, as well as accommodation options.
You can pick up maps and printed brochures at the centres and can request local transport timetables.

There are around 60 IAT tourist information centres in Emilia-Romagna, located in every province from Piacenza to Rimini, in addition to the UIT [Uffici di Informazione Turistica] tourist information offices.
