On the weekend of October 10 and 11, 2025, the Colorno Tortél dòls Grand Gala will celebrate the quintessential first course from the Parma lowlands, prepared according to the Confraternity's ancient traditional recipe. The event aims to celebrate and perpetuate this quintessential part of the local gastronomic culture.
The Confraternity's restaurant will offer an exclusive menu featuring, in addition to the Tortél dòls, appetizers, main courses, desserts, and traditional local wines. Colorno Tortél dòls will also be available for tasting and sale.
