To celebrate Pink Night, Bertinoro will honour the symbolic product of our territory: the Piadina Romagnola.
From 7 p.m., Piazza della Libertà will host show-cooking, a workshop for children and tastings of classic piadina and some gourmet versions, accompanied by wines from Bertinoro's "Associazione Vignaioli".
The entrance ticket includes the tasting of 3 classic and gourmet piadina romagnola PGI fillings, a cup of homemade ice cream served with a wafer of sweet piadina, and 3 glasses of wine. Free tasting glass.
From 9.00 pm, "Un Ballo liscio" with Tesi & Carboni, a tribute to Romagna Mia and Secondo Casadei.
