From July 10 to October 11, 2026, the Museo della Musica di Bologna presents the Italian premiere of Queen The Last Tour, a photographic exhibition revisiting the band's legendary final tour in 1986 with its historic lineup: Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon.
Marking the 40th anniversary of that Magic Tour, the exhibition features 37 prints by Torleif Svensson, the photographer who accompanied the band while promoting the album A Kind of Magic. Preserved for decades in his personal archive before being rediscovered, these images capture Freddie Mercury's commanding stage presence, the crowd's energy, and the grandeur of their live shows with rare visual power.
The exhibition traces Queen's final monumental chapter live on stage—an immersive narrative spanning from their 1985 Live Aid triumph to their historic final concert at Knebworth Park before more than 120,000 fans.
