Between Val Parma and Val Baganza, in Calestano, this fair dedicated to one of the most precious and sought-after ingredients in the kitchen takes place.
The event offers a rich and varied calendar of events: every Sunday of the Truffle Market fair, there are conventions, conferences, typical gastronomic products, craft stalls, street artists, and music in the villages.
To delight the palate: special truffle menus in the participating restaurants, roasted chestnuts, mulled wine, pancakes, pattonini, eggs and canestrini of mushrooms with truffles, scones with truffles, pattona and spongate di Calestano.
