Between Val Parma and Val Baganza, in Calestano, this fair dedicated to one of the most prized and sought-after ingredients in the kitchen takes place.
The event offers a rich and varied calendar of events: every Sunday of the Truffle Market fair, there are tastings, typical gastronomic products, craft stalls, street artists, and music in the villages.
To delight the palate: special truffle menus in the participating restaurants, roasted chestnuts, mulled wine, pancakes, pattonini, eggs and canestrini of mushrooms with truffles, scones with truffles, "pattona" and "spongate di Calestano" will also be served.
