In May on Sundays 12 and 19 2024, "Sagra del Prugnolo" returns to animate the village of Cusercoli, a hamlet of Civitella di Romagna.
There will be food stands where you can taste the many different dishes that can be prepared with blackthorn mushroom, which is harvested from mid-April to mid-June. In addition, you can find the Ingenuity Art Market and the Ornamental & Garden Plants Market.
On May 19th there will be the award ceremony for the largest mushroom exhibited by collectors and wholesalers: "Prugnolo d'oro di Romagna".
It will be possible to enjoy cultural events, thanks to the chance of visiting the Castle, the Church, the Hanging Gardens and "Museo delle Formelle", Ceramic tiles Museum. For the occasion there will be art exhibitions in the historical complex of the Castle and the Church of San Bonifacio.
