In Bologna, the new exhibition di Palazzo Belloni presents the life of Frida Kahlo, through photographs, objects and reconstructions of the rooms dear to the artist: the bedroom and the studio of Casa Azul, the spaces where Frida's indomitable spirit was born and grew.
Characterised by a difficult physical condition and at the same time by a strong capacity for reaction and resilience in the face of adversity, the exhibition explores all the phases of the artist's life through a unique, exciting and revealing selection of photographs: her childhood, followed by her youth, where she manifested her rebellion by dressing in men's clothes, her encounter with the love of her life - Diego Rivera - and her unfortunate death.
