Goro is a small village whose economy is based on fishing and aquaculture, nestled within the protected area of the Po Delta. It is an enchanting, ever-changing landscape, straddling land and sea, where man and nature coexist in harmony.

It is the leading producer in Italy and Europe, and second in the world, of the renowned clams, a local speciality that has found the ideal habitat for reproduction in the Sacca di Goro since the mid-1980s.

At the food stall delicious dishes made with the freshest fish will be served every evening. The menu ranges from starters featuring mussels and clams, to first courses such as spaghetti with clams and blue crab ravioli, right through to main courses of mixed fried seafood, stewed cuttlefish, and vegan and children’s options.

No booking is required; entry is free and the festival takes place every evening from 7.00 pm (food stalls).

To accompany the culinary delights, there is live music every evening and boat trips in the Sacca di Goro, allowing you to experience the area in all its authenticity.
