In July, when the last rays of the sun give way to dusk, the Notte dei Cavalieri(Night of the Knights) kicks off. A march through the countryside between the neo-Gothic village of Grazzano Visconti and the town of Vigolzone.
Starting from the Corte Vecchia, a farmyard equipped with porticoes reminiscent of the original function of a farmstead, one passes through the village accessing the castle garden with its neat flowerbeds combined with romantic corners, and then heads into the fields.
During the walk, armigers and characters in medieval clothing are encountered in the night, until reaching the reconstruction of an encampment in Vigolzone Castle. Refreshments are provided halfway along the 8-kilometer route that finally leads back to the Corte Vecchia di Grazzano.
