On the occasion of the passage of the Tour de France, the iconic paintings preserved in the museums of Piacenza will be the protagonists of an immersive experience at the Palabanca Events
The three Icônes are:
Ecce Homo by Antonello da Messina, kept in the cardinal's flat in Collegio Alberoni.
Tondo (Madonna adoring the Child with St. John), attributed to Sandro Botticelli. A work that literally lights up in the small room dedicated to it inside Palazzo Farnese, seat of the Civic Museums.
Ritratto di Signora (Portrait of a Lady), by Gustav Klimt. A work that has returned to enrich the rooms of the Galleria d'Arte Moderna Ricci Oddi, whose history remains shrouded in mystery, from the portrait beneath the painted surface, which Klimt hid in his final years, to its theft and subsequent discovery.
These three masterpieces will share the spaces of the Palabanca Eventi in an immersive experience from 15 June to 7 July 2024.
The originals will be visible in the museum premises, but inside the exhibition venue it will be possible to discover their details through virtual reality.
