From 21st April to 4th June, the charming halls of Palazzo Rasponi dalle Teste in Ravenna will host the exhibition IL PATRIMONIO DELLA BIODIVERSITÀ - MOSAICO E NATURA, an exhibition dedicated to the relationship between the fauna of the Po Delta Park and its representation in the ancient mosaics of Ravenna.
A journey through photography and mosaics to discover two facets of Ravenna: on the one hand its popularity as the Capital of Mosaics, on the other the growing interest for the city from a naturalistic point of view.
In the exhibition, you can admire depictions of the local fauna in some of the precious copies of ancient mosaics of Ravenna, accompanied by photos documenting the natural areas around the city and their inhabitants.
