Baccanale is back again: a festival dedicated to food culture, which for over 30 years has been one of the most highly anticipated fall events both in the city of Imola and its surrounding area.
This year’s theme is “mediterraneo”, a term that encompasses all the richness and multiple facets of our country's culinary tradition.
On Mediterranean tables, nature is always the protagonist with the products of the land, vineyards and vegetable gardens but also with simple seafood and meat dishes, enhanced by the skillful use of aromatic herbs that grow spontaneously along the coasts.
Every year, Baccanale presents different and unusual shades of taste, gastronomy and food pleasures.
The themed menus, designed by the many restaurants in the area, are accompanied by entertainment, live shows and events in the streets and squares, transforming Imola and nearby areas into an outdoor stage with food as the star.
