Sunday 5 March, from 5.00 pm to 8.30 pm, in the wonderful setting of Piazza Saffi, one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, the International Festival of Street Wonders will come to life. An extraordinary show with international artists from throughout Europe, created specifically for Forlì, made by La Compagnia di Icaro.
The event will begin with La Parata Bianca, a traveling show with parades of stilt walkers and musical stage machines, which will dance together with five Giant Butterflies, giving life to an endless rainbow of colours.
The Toys, from France, will follow: artists, stilt walkers, musicians, acrobats dressed as beautiful toy soldiers and dancing dolls, who will enthrall the public in a party of music, songs, dances and exciting acrobatics.
All spectators will be involved in a moment of celebration, in a game with gigantic balloons.
The grand finale will be enlivened by the gigantic Luminous Horses: six animals sculpted in white inflatable materials, set in motion by daring puppeteers-tamers, in legendary costumes. They will lead the audience through an unforgettable light show.
