The 33rd edition of the historical event that recalls the famous episode of "Forgiveness" of Canossa will be held in the medieval village of Rossena, in the municipality of Canossa on Saturday 31 August 2024.
The reconstruction of the historic meeting that in January of 1077: Pope Gregory VII and the emperor Henry IV who, thanks to the mediation of the Countess Matilda di Canossa, They reached a peace agreement.
