The heart of the Parma Apennines, the cradle of spa tourism, is preparing to host one of the most anticipated sporting events of the season: the 2025 Italian MTB XCO Championship, which will be held in Tabiano from 18 to 20 July 2025.
For the first time in its history, Tabiano becomes the stage for the top national mountain bike competition (XCO), the queen of off-road disciplines that combines technique, resistance and spectacularity. A technical track immersed in nature, designed among the woods, gullies and hilly panoramas of the area, will test the best Italian athletes, both elite and under 23.
During the championship weekend, the spa town will be transformed into a real “bike arena” with side events, an expo area, spaces for the public, and activities dedicated to families and enthusiasts. Hundreds of athletes, technicians, journalists and thousands of spectators from all over Italy are expected.
