The Tartufesta is the widespread event that aims to enhance the landscape, cultural and gastronomic values ​​of the Bolognese Apennines.

The season chosen is autumn, the main period for the unmistakable and fragrant prized white truffle of the Bolognese hills. 

Many events will be held in as many municipalities of the Apennines to taste this precious tuber, thanks to delicious menus, with the possibility of taking part in tastings, truffle dog competitions, guided excursions and markets of typical products.
