On Sunday 3 and Sunday 10 November, the 38th Bartolaccio Festival arrives in Tredozio.
The festival is dedicated to the flavours of the ancient Tuscan-Romagna tradition and in particular to the 'Bartolaccio' ('e bartlàz), a tortello stuffed with boiled potatoes, pork belly, parmesan cheese and pecorino cheese cooked on the griddle, an original local speciality.
This delicacy will be served with other typical local dishes, such as polenta col cinghiale (polenta with wild boar), paciarella (a chocolate cake), and chestnut desserts. In addition to eating the fine and varied food, there will be a photographic exhibition and a market in the streets of the village where it will be possible to buy gastronomic and handicraft products. Entertainment is guaranteed thanks to the performances of street artists!
