The ancient prints of Japanese monsters arrive in Bologna, from 7 April to 23 July, in the sumptuous 15th-century rooms of Palazzo Pallavicini.
The exhibition presents the western public with the fantastic world of monsters in the Japanese tradition, through more than two hundred works from the 18th and 19th centuries, including antique prints, rare books, clothes, weapons, and samurai armour.
