From 9 to 11 December, in the central Piazza Roma in Modena, the Feast of Zampone and Cotechino Modena PGI is celebrated, now in its eleventh edition.
There are many initiatives planned in the three days, also designed for the general public, which will see Modena transform into an open-air kitchen, where students from the main cooking schools throughout Italy will try their hand at creating creations based on Zampone and Cotechino Modena PGI, inspired by iconic characters, who really existed or are fictional, but who have left a mark in history and in the collective imagination. From Maradona to Pavarotti, from Spiderman to Raffaella Carrà, the inspirations are endless, as are the combinations of flavors and possible pairings.
This is a very important event for young chefs who will be able to express their passion and creativity in front of an exceptional jury chaired by Massimo Bottura.
