From 16th to 17th December, in the central Piazza Roma in Modena, the Feast of Zampone and Cotechino Modena PGI is celebrated, now in its 12th edition.
Many initiatives are planned for the two-day event, also designed for the general public, which will see Modena transformed into an outdoor kitchen.
The students from the main cooking schools throughout Italy will try their hand at creating creations based on Zampone and Cotechino Modena PGI, inspired by iconic characters, who really existed or are fictional, but who have left a mark on history and have remained in our collective imagination.
This is a very important event for young chefs who will be able to express their passion and creativity in front of an exceptional jury chaired by Massimo Bottura.
