From October 3, 2026, to January 17, 2027, Palazzo Pallavicini hosts "A Masterpiece of a Day: Painted Time" a fascinating, immersive journey depicting the twenty-four hours of a typical 19th-century day through the great masterpieces of European Realism.
The exhibition guides visitors from morning awakening to nighttime rest, exploring the work, leisure, and habits of the era within an engaging, multisensory setting: through light, sound, and unique olfactory experiences, visitors are transported directly into the atmospheres of the depicted places, discovering how art transformed the poetry and simple gestures of everyday life into an extraordinary experience.
