With "Federico Fellini dietro le quinte" (Federico Fellini behind the scenes), the Cirulli Foundation offers an in-depth look at the set design work of Danilo Donati, an internationally important set and costume designer and winner of two Oscars and a David di Donatello award who, through his work with Fellini, Pasolini and Benigni, has written important pages in the history of Italian cinema.
The exhibition is divided into an articulated route that examines three important films - Amarcord, Satyricon and Casanova - and includes about ten original studies by Danilo Donati that accompany the visitor into the atmosphere of the film set to offer a complete vision of the relationship between visual arts and cinematographic arts, which are the basis of Italian cinema.
