In the first two weekends of May, the festival dedicated to one of the simplest desserts of the Romagna tradition returns to Gatteo Mare: the Cantarèla. Flour, water, oil and a pinch of sugar: these are the basic ingredients for this delicacy.
From 3 to 5 and from 10 to 12 May, in addition to the chanterelles, many tasty dishes of traditional Romagna cuisine will be offered, such as piadina stuffed with tasty fillings, stewed frogs, cuttlefish with peas, tripe, good fish from our sea...
