L’ingorda 2 La Vendemmia is an event promoted by some shops along the Pasta Path of the Food Valley Bike Tour.
This “reduced” edition of INGORDA, next 2nd October, will host good wine tastings in combination with the products of this zone that are relevant in this part of the Food Valley Bike.
The itinerary is 20km (only one way) on your own.
- First tasting based on Tortel dols and Fortana wine, in the square in Colorno
- Tasting that includes the tasting of anolino morbino and lambrusco at the river port of Mezzani
- Stop at the Casa delle Contadinerie for grape pressing (barefoot)
- Tasting of The Farmer's Breakfast based on Lentigione plum zucchini jam, on Parma bread accompanied by Zucchellino liqueur, in Coenzo
- Tasting of Barilla Pastasciutta and Natural Wines of Emilia, in Sorbolo
At midday the last tasting with the book presentation of FOOD VALLEY BIKE wandering in the Bassa.
No return to Colorno will be organized, but there’s the possibility to have a shower if you want to stay in Sorbolo, in the public gym in this little village next to Liberty Square.
To book you have to send an email with Name, Last Name, Place and the Date of Birth of participants and potential allergies.
Registrations will be closed when 50 people have enrolled.
