Following the excavations carried out between 2018 and 2020 at the New Teddy Logistics Center, archaeological finds were discovered that brought to light a settlement area that dates back to the prehistoric age and developed until the Roman era.
These finds have allowed us to reconstruct a much clearer cultural picture of the birth and evolution of Gatteo, assuming historical relevance capable of bringing innovative elements to the archaeological panorama of the entire Rubicone area.
For this occasion, an exhibition room containing all the finds was set up, which can be visited with guided tours or independently upon reservation during the library's opening hours.
