The Municipality of San Mauro Pascoli, every Thursday morning from June to September, organizes a free excursion which will start at 8:30 am in front of the Tourist Office of the seaside resort of San Mauro Mare conducting all participants to the birthplace of the poet, the Pascoli House Museum - guided tour (entrance full € 5.00 - reduced € 1.00) and continuing with "the Tower" (Villa Torlonia).
Between myths and legends, guided tours of the historic center. Final tasting of typical local food products.
The return is scheduled by 12:30pm at the Tourist Office in San Mauro Mare - (reservations required).
