The Budrio International Ocarina Festival, now in its twelfth year, will be held April 10-13, 2025, celebrating the instrument that is a symbol of Budrio's cultural heritage.
The Festival was created with the aim of celebrating and promoting this unique instrument, deeply rooted in local culture. The biennial event, exceptionally revived this year after the 2024 edition arrived after a five-year hiatus, attracts musicians, craftsmen and enthusiasts from around the world, offering concerts, dances and educational events.
The event is a key moment to promote the ocarina in all its forms and to bring together the musical community that preserves its artisanal tradition and memory, providing a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the local musical tradition and discover the fascinating melodies of an instrument that continues to enchant generations of enthusiasts.
