For the past few years, Cattolica has become one of the host cities of the Oceanman, one of the most important global open-water swimming circuits, with more than 30 active events in 25 different countries, from February to December.
The brainchild of a group of swimming enthusiasts, this event has quickly spread to more than 20 countries since 2015, attracting participants and spectators from all over the world.
This year it takes place from 24th to 26th May at the free beach in the Cattolica harbour area, with the starting point at Piazza del Tramonto.

The headquarters is located in the open beach of the port area, where you can watch the swimmers start and finish.
In addition, you can try out the many activities offered by the sponsors' booths, or browse the temporary shops stocked with beachwear, wetsuits, open-water swimming equipment and customized products for each event.
