The Dinner of a Thousand returns to Parma: the appointment is for Tuesday 10 September 2024, when the historic center of this Emilian city will once again be transformed into an open-air gourmet restaurant for a thousand people.
The Dinner of the Thousand has now become a much-awaited event by the public, a way to celebrate the uniqueness of the Parma system and the gastronomic identity of Parma City of Gastronomy, made up of excellent products, traditions, know-how and people.
At the Dinner of the Thousand 2024 two guests of honor who carry the name of Italian cuisine and pastry high: Davide Oldani and Iginio Massari who will sign the first course and dessert of the dinner respectively. To complete the dinner, the aperitif by the Parma Quality Restaurants consortium, the appetizer will be by ALMA, the International School of Cuisine of Colorno and the dessert will be curated by the Chef To Chef association with the triumph of pastry created by Iginio Massari who will prepare mini panettone of 60 grams, mini maritozzi and four types of mignon.
The event will also have a social value, the Dinner infact will help raise funds for Emporio Solidale Parma.
