Musique Nouveau is a music festival inspired by Art Nouveau art and held within the halls of Piacenza's Ricci Oddi Gallery of Modern Art, the exhibition space that houses works created between the 19th and early decades of the 20th century, including Gustav Klimt's Portrait of a Lady.
For 2024, the sixth edition of the review runs from Oct. 13 to 27 every Sunday.
The festival features music by artists who worked in the early 20th century, among others.
The concerts are preceded by an “introduit” by professors and experts.
