In fact, the absolute stars of the event are the wineries, as many as 38 wineries, set up along the pedestrian promenade of Viale Bovio that, starting from 5 p.m. until late in the evening, offer their best glasses.
The WeinTour combines wine and gastronomic culture, bringing the hinterland to the sea in a continuous link with the territory: it is a journey into the culture of food in the round, in which the wineries tell their stories and allow visitors to discover new pairings between wines and traditional Emilia-Romagna dishes for a complete taste experience.
