A dossier exhibition that, at The Music Museum in Bologna, from 23 October 2024 to 15 January 2025, will tell the story of Guglielmo Marconi, the brilliant inventor of wireless telecommunications, the pioneer of radio, an enlightened entrepreneur who influenced both communication and music.
The exhibition project, divided into nine thematic sections retracing Marconi's ‘adventures’, starts from the launch of the first transoceanic signal, passes through the Marconi Velvet Tone records, up to the Bolognese inventor's contribution to the foundation of the BBC British Broadcasting Company Ltd and the first broadcast of Vatican Radio.
