The Ecomuseo delle Erbe Palustri of Villanova di Bagnacavallo (Eco museum of Marsh Grass in Bagnacavallo), a few km from Ravenna, organizes workshops to try out traditional local marsh grass craftsmanship, on 6th and 7th June 2026.
There will be: willow basket making course and chair caning course.
The courses are aimed at adults who will get to know the methods of preparing the raw materials and will learn the basic weaving techniques to make a product, under the guidance of an expert teacher.
