The exhibition represents a journey through the most iconic works of Shepard Fairey, aka Obey, one of the greatest representatives of street art, expressed in guerrilla marketing.
Obey addresses the fundamental themes of the present, civil commitment, ecology, social justice and pacifism, through the languages of a global pop culture, articulated through references and irony.
On show in Cervia are about 70 works by the American artist, including graphics, photography, collage and illustrations that investigate his creative inspiration, starting from the Soviet graphics of the early 20th century to the covers of some music albums and the art of Mario Sironi.
