Famous throughout Europe, the Aquafan in Riccione offers more than 90,000 square metres of swimming pools, slides and water rides suitable for all tastes and for any age.
The heart of the park is the majestic wave pool, a 2,800-square-metre pool that reaches a depth of more than 3 metres, perfect for being rocked by the waves of water that are created at various times of the day.
The park includes over 3 km of water slides, which are impossible to resist, with a variety of more or less adrenalin-inducing descents, and you can slide down alone or in a group on inflatable boats accommodating up to 4 people. The more adventurous won’t want to miss the 208-metre-long waterslide, which you can ride in the dark, with a drop of almost 20 metres.
Aquafan also has child-friendly sunbathing and relaxation areas with games for children. These three areas were designed specifically with children in mind and include three pools with slides and water up to 50 cm high, so you can splash about in peace.
It would not be Aquafan without exciting events and concerts, foam party and late-night openings with DJs and national and international stars. The park also houses one of the most popular radio stations in Italy, Radio Deejay, which in the summer months broadcasts live from Aquafan.
And, finally, relaxation areas, shops, restaurants, picnic areas and a large park to stroll around.
The park is open daily from the beginning of June to mid-September. There are reductions and free tickets for children, subscriptions, and also the possibility of buying combined tickets in conjunction with the Aquarium of Cattolica, Oltremare in Riccione and Italy in miniature in Rimini.
