Cervarezza Terme is located on the slopes of Mount Ventasso, in the homonymous municipality, in the National Park of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. It is one of the most important tourist centers of this area, with hotels, a large and modern camping area and recreational services including the Adventure Park Cerwood, the largest in Italy.
Cervarezza, which has recently become the administrative capital, is well known for its spa center: Terme of Santa Lucia, the only one in the province of Reggio Emilia equipped for hydrotherapy. There are springs of sulphurous cold thermal water, used to treat respiratory diseases and dermatological diseases. Inside the spa there is also a modern wellness center, in addition to the thermal pool at 34° C.

It is known for its thermal spa, the only one in the Province of Reggio Emilia that is equipped for hydrotherapeutic cures.
At the Fonti Park, one kilometre from the town, are the mineral water springs of Mount Ventasso.
From Cervarezza it is possible to walk many trails, for relaxing walks, well-marked and maintained. You can go up on Mount Ventasso by foot or even by bike, to Lake Calamone, or follow the Partisan Paths on the ridge between the Secchia and Enza valleys.
Or you can explore the territory of the National Park: climb the ridge at Cerreto Laghi or the Pradarena Pass, or visit the Bismantova Stone, which is just a few kilometers away.
