  • First stop - Terme Felsinee Bologna

In the city you will find the historic Terme Felsinee spa, located below San Luca, which has carried on the traditions begun by emperor Augustus.

It is a large fitness and treatment centre, with two springs, one with hot spring waters containing bicarbonates, sulphates and calcium, and one with sulphurous hot spring waters.

  • Second stop - Terme San Luca Bologna

Also available through the SSN, or Italian national health service, Terme San Luca is located near the airport and is a fully-fledged “temple of fitness”: the centre offers spa treatments, spa packages, fitness classes, gym courses, and beauty treatments and medicine.

This enjoyable experience incorporates the hot spring water with bicarbonates, sulphates and calcium, rich with an additional eighteen trace elements, which comes from the same underground source as the Terme Felsinee.

  • Third stop - Porretta Terme Porretta Terme

Moving on to the mountains and Porretta Terme – the famous spa resort – which offers high-quality well-being packages, with fourteen springs from which water flows with exceptional characteristics and curative properties recognized since ancient Roman times.

  • Fourth stop - Villaggio della Salute Più Monterenzio

Still in the Apennines, Villaggio della Salute Più in Monterenzio enjoys a mild atmosphere in all seasons.

A spectacular natural amphitheatre nestled amongst the hills and ravines of the Sillaro valley is the backdrop for numerous experiences, from spa treatments to e-bike rides.

  • Fifth stop - Castel San Pietro Terme Castel San Pietro Terme

In the location known as a “slow city” due to its high quality of life and the services on offer to residents and tourists, Castel San Pietro Terme, there are natural sources of water which flow from the Bolognese hills towards the Imola area.

Your experience will be one of relaxation and well-being, combined with some of the numerous sporting activities which the centre offers.

  • Sixth stop - Terme Acquabios Minerbio

Concluding your relaxation itinerary, Terme Acquabios in Minerbio offers the same level of excellence on the Po plain.

Located in the Bolognese lowlands, its basin is rich in sulphurous/alkaline spa waters with bicarbonates with a characteristic yellow colour. Lending it these characteristics are the water’s origins in the mid Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
